Dave was born in Wichita, Kansas. Raised by parents with careers in home building and real estate, Dave has been around real estate for decades. He has dedicated himself to serving others through entrepreneurial ventures, volunteerism, retail management, and 30 years at United Parcel Service all which have prepared him to serve his clients effectively as a Mortgage Advisor.

The most rewarding aspect of being a Mortgage Advisor for Dave is the opportunity to meet and serve people and make it possible for them to achieve their home ownership goals. Dave understands that the purchase or refinance of a home can be intimidating and complicated. It brings Dave joy to interact with his clients with compassion, open communication, and transparency to make the process of obtaining a mortgage more enjoyable, and even fun.

Dave is most energized and satisfied when he is with people. Whether it’s outdoor adventures, the appreciation of fine and performing arts, exercising, enjoying culinary delights, observing wildlife and marine life, or savoring the perfect cup of hot black coffee – whatever the activity!

Dave is married to his wife Danielle and is a father of two daughters, Abby, and Amy!
